How to change administrator password from command prompt (DOS)

 

This is a very useful and interesting trick. By using this trick you will be able to change your window’s administrator password from CMD. In this trick you will not be asked for previous password. To do this follow these steps

Step1. Go to Start>Run type here cmd and then hit enter

Step2. Now in cmd type net user administrator name * (in that picture the administrator account name is “A”)


Step3. Now you will be asked to enter new password. Enter your new password and confirm it. Now all done, your password has changed.
